Dick & Ruth Toogood
Minister of Seniors
Dick spent his life in a military career, retiring in 1997 with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer. Dick and Ruth have been very active in NPA since 1993, and during the PAOC Alberta District Conference in April 2005, they felt the Lord calling them to lead a seniors' ministry. Dick has received church-related credentials with the Alberta District, and NPA has been blessed with a new Seniors' Ministry - "Seasoned Saints."
